you wish to receive the newsletters electronically via

Then click the eGroups button to submit. Once your payment
has been received you will be sent your first newsletter.

you wish to receive the newsletters via mail, once your
payment is received you will be mailed a hard copy of
the Complimentary newsletter as well as your first issue.
