You can order the price list in U.S. or Canadian currency for Ready-to-Wear and Bridal and Formal Attire. Copy to CD or disk and take to your local Kinko's and have them add your business name etc. Have them print this on card stock, duplex and cut these for you. Pass these out to your customer! Use them for check list and tag it to your garments.

Alterations and Fine Dress Making
I have added a new form "Alterations Bridal and Formal Attire Worksheet". You can also use this as a contract if you provide a service to your local Bridal Shop. I do fittings two days a week for Wedding Wonderland on Regency Road in Lexington, KY. The worksheet includes terms and conditions for each fitting that the customer signs along with alteration notes taken during fittings. The backside has price list for Bridal and Formal attire with a box to check off for estimating, a great sanity check before you actually write up an invoice. It also includes a customer survey. I attended a Donna Salyers' Fabulous Fur seminar in 1994 and became a distributor. Donna has expanded and has her own ready-to-wear store in downtown Covington, KY. Many of Donna Salyers' Fabulous Furs are on soap operas and other TV shows.

Speaking of the Christmas Creations Show, a customer came up to my booth and said that she bought a Black Fox Ski Band from me last year and shipped it to her daughter in New York.
